After developing a love for acting in my teen years, I joined the Toowoomba Philharmonic Society in 1999, performing in their musical MAME. I then joined the Toowoomba Repertory Theatre, taking part in the productions Verve, Outside Edge, Table Number 7, and Anyone for Tennis. In 2001, I made the move to Brisbane, switching my focus from stage to screen and appearing in my first feature film, Tin God (Get Reel Films). Since then, I have written and produced several short and feature films, including Letters to Home, One June Afternoon, You Never Know, and Echoes of Silence. My passion for storytelling, together with my real-life struggles and experience with chronic illness, are the driving forces behind my projects, in particular my new miniseries Falling in Slow Motion, which saw me return to acting for the first time in 20 years.
